Foods and Nutrition 11 consists of food preparation including safety, sanitation and kitchen basics; food preparation techniques, nutrition and health; social, economic and cultural aspects of food; and food related career opportunities. The grade level determines the complexity of assignments and projects. Learning support for students is available both on site and online.
