Social Studies 10 explores Canadian history from 1815 to 1914. This course provides students with opportunities to develop research, communication, and presentation skills as well as skill in critical thinking and media literacy. Topics covered in this course include Canadian culture and society, law and politics, economy and technology and the environment. Social Studies 10 is a graduation requirement in British Columbia.
